Governing language
This is a courtesy translation. The publisher is established in France and this notice is published under French law. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version is the one that governs.

Pursuant to article R. 526-27 of the French Commercial Code, the name used for professional activity is the entrepreneur's name followed by the letters « EI ». ZephyrLab.io is the trading name; Met2Pilot and Dictéo are service names. None of these constitutes a legal entity separate from the sole trader.
Value added tax
The publisher falls under the base exemption of article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: no VAT is charged, and none is deductible. Prices shown are therefore net prices. This statement will be replaced by an intra-Community VAT number should the thresholds be exceeded or should the publisher opt to account for the tax.
02Publication director
The publication director is Dimitry Petitprez, sole trader operating under the trading name ZephyrLab.io. As the business is a sole proprietorship, the publisher and the publication director are one and the same natural person.

The applications published by ZephyrLab.io are hosted separately. Met2Pilot runs on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), with a database in the European Union and email and payment providers established in the European Union. The detail is set out in the notice and privacy policy published on met2pilot.com.

Met2Pilot — not certified
Met2Pilot is neither certified nor approved by any civil aviation authority. It is not airborne equipment, does not constitute a primary source of information and replaces no official document. It must never be used for navigation, for separation or for avoidance. Flight preparation and conduct remain the sole responsibility of the pilot in command. The terms of use published on met2pilot.com prevail over any commercial presentation of the service, including the pages of this site.

Screenshots published here depict the real products. They may show third-party data, which remains the property of its providers and is credited within the applications concerned.

This presentation site requires no registration and holds no accounts. Email exchanges initiated from the addresses published here serve only to handle the request that prompted them.

Failing amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction under the conditions of ordinary law.
